Ingredients
 

  • 1 full pan of corn bread
  • 1 loaf loaf of white bread
  • 6 raw eggs
  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 3 cups chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Leave white bread out over night to harden
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Shred white bread into small pieces (dime size).
  • Combine with corn bread.
  • Add raw eggs, poultry seasoning, and pepper.
  • Dice onions and add to bowl.
  • Dice celery and add to bowl.
  • Dice boiled eggs and add to bowl.
  • Add chicken broth to bowl.
  • Mix until fully combined.
