Ingredients
- 2 lbs One bag Frozen Diced Hash Browns
 - 1 Stick of Butter
 - 1/2 Pint of sour cream
 - 1 Can of cream of chicken soup
 - 2 Cups of sharp cheddar cheese
 - 1 TSP of minced onions
 - 1/2 TSP Salt
 - 1/2 TSP Pepper
 
Topping
- 1 Stick of Butter
 - 1 Sleeve of Club Crackers
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees
 - Mix half bag of potatoes and half cheese.
 - Melt stick of butter and add to mixture.
 - Mix in rest of the ingredients.
 - Combine other half potatoes and cheese.
 - Put mixture in a 9×13 greased pan and smooth.
 
Topping
- Crush crackers into dime/nickel size pieces.
 - Melt butter and combine with crackers.
 - Add topping on top of base.
 - Bake for one hour
