One bag Frozen Diced Hash Browns

of sour cream

Can of cream of chicken soup

Cups
of sharp cheddar cheese

of minced onions

Sleeve of Club Crackers
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Mix half bag of potatoes and half cheese.
Melt stick of butter and add to mixture.
Mix in rest of the ingredients.
Combine other half potatoes and cheese.
Put mixture in a 9x13 greased pan and smooth.
Topping
Crush crackers into dime/nickel size pieces.
Melt butter and combine with crackers.
Add topping on top of base.
Bake for one hour
