Ingredients
 

  • 2 lbs One bag Frozen Diced Hash Browns
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 1/2 Pint of sour cream
  • 1 Can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Cups of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 TSP of minced onions
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1/2 TSP Pepper

Topping

  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 1 Sleeve of Club Crackers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees
  • Mix half bag of potatoes and half cheese.
  • Melt stick of butter and add to mixture.
  • Mix in rest of the ingredients.
  • Combine other half potatoes and cheese.
  • Put mixture in a 9×13 greased pan and smooth.

Topping

  • Crush crackers into dime/nickel size pieces.
  • Melt butter and combine with crackers.
  • Add topping on top of base.
  • Bake for one hour
