milk

shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Boil noodles in large pot
Melt butter and combine with flour. Add milk and stir.
Microwave for 4 minutes and stir. Do this three times. The sauce will be thick, if not continue to microwave and stir in two two-minute intervals.
Slowly portion cheese into white sauce while stirring.
Pour noodles into greased 9x13 pan.
Slowly pour cheese sauce into pan of noodles. Make sure cheese sauce is evenly distributed.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown (looks like pizza) on top.
