Ingredients
- 16 oz elbow noodles
 - 4 tbsp butter
 - 4 tbsp flour
 - 3 cups milk
 - 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
 - Boil noodles in large pot
 - Melt butter and combine with flour. Add milk and stir.
 - Microwave for 4 minutes and stir. Do this three times. The sauce will be thick, if not continue to microwave and stir in two two-minute intervals.
 - Slowly portion cheese into white sauce while stirring.
 - Pour noodles into greased 9×13 pan.
 - Slowly pour cheese sauce into pan of noodles. Make sure cheese sauce is evenly distributed.
 - Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown (looks like pizza) on top.
